We entertained our old rivals from Syresham in this first round cup match looking to build on last weeks good performance.

However from the off wewere soon under pressure before after 2 minutes Syresahm took the lead.

At this point the team were playing badly and losing their shape as Syresham were well on top and a second goal soon followed.

We could not get a foothold in the game with passes going astray and Syresham lloking hungry for the ball a third was added an in the last minute of the first half a fourth was conceded for a poor first half display.

After a stiff talking to Moretonville showed more purpose in the second half and a Kieron Wraight goal pulled a goal back with 15 minutes reamaining, however from Syresham then gained the upper hand again but good defending from Matt Russell and new recruit Adam Bradbury kept th score at 4-1 till with 5 minutes remaning  a 5 goal was added to complete the scoring at 5-1 and a poor performance in contrast to the previous week.
