We travelled to Heath & Reach for our fixture against division  side last season moved down to Division Heath Panthers.

The pitch and goals were maximum size for U11S football.

We kicked off but with the first attack within he first minute we found ourselves a goal down. The team were finding it difficult to adapt to the large pitch and within 3 minutes we found ourselves 2 down without really threatening the oppositions goal.

However with our first attack after 5 minutes a fine ball down the cente found Dhillon Smart who took it round the goalkeeper well to slot the ball home, we then had a spell of 5 minutes where we had chances to equalise however a soft third goal saw Heaths confidence grow and 2 more goals were added before half time to find ourselves 5-1 down but we were applying ourselves well against a better side.

Entering the second half a further goal was added with a strong shot again after the first minute and therefter for the next 20 minutes it really was like the Alamo as Moretonvilles goal was be sieged and 4 further goals were added without reply, we only created 2 reasonable chances in the last 5 minutes but were soundly beaten 10-1.

No fault can be applied to the boys who worked hard running their socks off and you could tell by red and sweaty shirts of the team they had given their all.

One can question the league as to why Heath Panthers were moved into this division as it is the second consceutive league match they have struck 10 goals.
