U18 Girls triumph in League Plate

Moretonville Junior U18 Falcons team produced an all-round high quality performance on May 4to win their League Plate final against Aylesbury.

A tense start saw chances at both ends, with the Falcons ‘keeper Celine Ray making good saves to keep Aylesbury out.

Falcons’ nerves settled when Issy Flack scored and the team started to dominate the match.

They eventually ran out 6-1 winners, played some sublime passing football, with five different scorers (Issy Flack, Esther Evans, Chloe Dicks, Esme Lambros, Sophia Dickmann-Pena).
